JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a teacher in the Sales and Service Program, you will meet our students in vocational subjects. You are expected to independently plan, implement, and evaluate teaching as well as assess and grade in accordance with applicable governing documents.

The position also includes mentorship in the Sales and Service Program where you are expected to follow up on your mentees' learning and development, attendance, and well-being at school.

In your work, you are expected to use various digital tools daily for teaching, communication, information management, and attendance tracking. Digital tools that are used daily include Google Classroom, Edlevo, Unikum, and Microsoft Teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• is a certified vocational teacher for the Sales and Service Program.
• is relationship-oriented and has a good ability to gain the trust of young people.
• is structured, organized, and clear.
• has a good ability to convey your subject competence.
• has a good ability to adapt your teaching to the needs and conditions of the students.
• has a good ability to take on, learn, and use digital tools.
• has good collaboration skills and the ability to work independently.

It is particularly meritorious to have experience leading students engaged in running their own businesses within UF - Young Entrepreneurship.
